usually this means both hands on/manual treatment as well as exercise and rehab plans to follow (or clinical pilates).

Hands on treatment could be a combination of:

  • muscle release and trigger point therapy

  • stretching or mobilisation of muscles and joints

  • high powered laser

the exercise portion usually combines:

  • strength and rehab plans

  • dma clinical pilates, 1-on-1 or group setting
